Ordinary steel fiber is not fire-resistant, and carbon fiber is expensive, so it is rarely used. Refractory castables made of heat-resistant steel fibers have the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, high thermal shock stability and good spalling resistance.

1. First, select appropriate refractory raw materials according to the steel fiber castables to be produced, and strictly control the quality of the castable raw materials.

3. First stir the aggregate and powder separately, and then mix. After mixing, add steel fibers with a length of about 20-35mm and mix for about 10 minutes.
4. Store the mixed dry ingredients in sealed packages with adhesives and additives. During storage, take waterproof and moisture-proof measures to avoid agglomeration.

Steel fiber castables have much greater tensile strength and ultimate stretch than other castables, so their crack resistance and impact resistance are greatly improved. It is used at the outlet, top, side walls and other parts of boilers and furnaces, and is widely used in the steel, metallurgy, chemical and building materials industries; in CFB boilers, it is often used at the furnace outlet, side walls, top, and straight sections of cyclone separators. , cyclone separator top, return device and other parts.

1. Pay attention to the mixing time when mixing ingredients. Generally, dry mixing is controlled for about 5 minutes, and adding water requires stirring for about 10 minutes.
2. When adding water, control the amount of water added and stir evenly.
3. After the prepared steel fiber castable casting mud is poured into the mold, it is recommended to use an attached vibrating rod to evenly distribute the steel fibers and increase its use effect.
