Products Production Process

 

1. First, select appropriate refractory raw materials according to the steel fiber castables to be produced, and strictly control the quality of the castable raw materials.
2. Prepare aggregates, powders, additives, binders and steel fibers according to the formula proportions, control the particle size and gradation of aggregates and powders, and the amount of steel fibers added.
3. First stir the aggregate and powder separately, and then mix. After mixing, add steel fibers with a length of about 20-35mm and mix for about 10 minutes.
4. Store the mixed dry ingredients in sealed packages with adhesives and additives. During storage, take waterproof and moisture-proof measures to avoid agglomeration.

Products Precaution

 

1. Pay attention to the mixing time when mixing ingredients. Generally, dry mixing is controlled for about 5 minutes, and adding water requires stirring for about 10 minutes.
2. When adding water, control the amount of water added and stir evenly.
3. After the prepared steel fiber castable casting mud is poured into the mold, it is recommended to use an attached vibrating rod to evenly distribute the steel fibers and increase its use effect.
