High Alumina Arc Brick
Description
High alumina arc brick is an aluminum silicate refractory material with an alumina content of more than 50%. It is formed and calcined from alumina or other raw materials with high alumina content. It has high thermal stability and refractoriness above 1770℃. Good slag resistance.

Features
1. Able to cope with the masonry requirements of circular kilns: The semi-curved design of high alumina arc brick enables it to adapt to circular furnaces or curved structures, and can easily cope with irregular-shaped masonry requirements.
2. Adjust the roundness: Since the universal arc bricks have roundness at both ends, they can be moved forward and backward during the masonry process to adjust the roundness, so that the constructed structure will more meet the requirements.
3. Small brick joints: The brick joints after universal arc brick masonry can generally be controlled to about 1 mm, which helps to improve the sealing and stability of the structure.
4. Increase capacity: The special shape of universal arc bricks can reduce the number of straight joints, which can increase the capacity of steel drums compared to traditional standard brick construction.

Production Process
The forming and production methods of high alumina arc bricks and clay bricks are basically the same. Only some process parameters are different. There are also processes such as crushing → mixing → molding → drying → firing → inspection → packaging.
Procedure. Its compressive stress withstands better at low temperatures but decreases slightly at high temperatures, so the stacking in the kiln is less than 1 meter. The production process of high-alumina refractory bricks and multi-clinker clay bricks are similar. The difference is that the proportion of clinker in the ingredients is higher, which can be as high as 90%~9%. The clinker needs to be sorted and screened to remove iron before crushing. The firing temperature is higher.

5. The vertical brick joints of universal arc bricks are smaller, 70% smaller than the vertical joints of standard refractory bricks, so that the erosion effect of the molten iron layer moving up and down and penetrating into the brick joints is corrected.
6. Due to the improvement in the quality of refractory bricks, the thickness of the lining bricks can be reduced, correspondingly increasing the capacity of the steel drum.
7. Due to its long service life and convenient brick laying, it reduces the labor required for laying steel barrels behind the furnace and increases the utilization rate of steel barrels.
