T38 T39 High Alumina Brick

 

The models of knife edge bricks are T-38 and T-39; they are also commonly known as large knife edge bricks and small knife edge bricks. T38 T39 High Alumina Brick sizes are: 230*114*65/55mm; 230*114*65/45mm. There are many textures of knife edge bricks, the common ones are high alumina and clay.

 

 

 

High-aluminum knife-edge bricks are also divided into three grades. According to the Al2O3 content in the high-alumina bricks, they are usually divided into three grades: Grade I──Al2O3 content: 75%; Grade II──Al2O3 content is 60 to 75%; Grade III── The Al2O3 content is 48~60%. T38 T39 High Alumina Brick is a neutral refractory material with an alumina content of more than 48%. It is formed and calcined from alumina or other raw materials with high alumina content. It has high thermal stability and refractoriness above 1770℃.

(2) The softening temperature under load is high.
(3) Resistant to acidic solution or slag chemical corrosion.
(4) High normal temperature compressive strength and good wear resistance.

 

 

T38 T39 High Alumina Bricks are mainly used to build circular, annular, and vaulted structure kilns in high-temperature industries such as blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, electric furnace roofs, glass kilns, cement rotary kilns, etc.
